Hi,

I bought the STEVAL-DRONE02 and STEVALFCU001V2 last week. But I couldn’t download the Android app ST BLE Drone  on my smart phone which has Android version 14.

Which Android version does ST_BLE_DRONE support?
I checked with Google and it say:

The ST BLE Drone application supports Android 4.4 and higher. It acts as a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) remote controller designed to work with evaluation boards like the STEVAL-FCU001V1.

I assume that Google Play does not give you an option to download to your current phone because it’s grayed out?

I’ve own several Google Pixel phones in the past and my current phone is a Pixel 10 Pro XL and none of those phones are supported. ST has not updated the app since March 2020. I wanted to return my drone kit which i bought directly from ST, but it’s like jumping through hoops to find a way to contact them to return it. So right now, it’s a paper weight.

Thanks for the info.

The Play Store on my phone doesn’t even show the ST BLE Drone app. Only when I search the app from Google, it says the app is not supported on my phone.

Hopefully you have better luck in returning your kit for a refund.
