Where does one find the footprint data and models for the ST25DV64K-JFR6D3 UFDFPN12 package?

I see the package dimension data in the datasheet, but do not see the suggested PCB footprint dimensions for the UFDFPN12 package . Not can I find any CAD footprints or 3D models for it in the Stmicro site. Where are such things?

currently we do not seem to have a cad model, sorry.

There are no special recommendation concerning the UFDFPN12. Gerber files of the evaluation PCB with the ST25DV04K-JFR6D3 are available here https://www.st.com/resource/en/board_manufacturing_specification/ant_c5_gerber.zip

So one might evaluate how the part was placed/decal.
