Hi,
not sure what you target. But for ST25R3911B-DISCO there is STSW-ST25R001 which installs a a solution having a Csharp project controlling the ST25R3911B-DISCO board. (Typically found at C:\Users\<username>\Documents\STMicroelectronics\ST25R3911B_Discovery_GUI\DLL_Demos\Dll3911_Demos.sln)
