I am trying to modify the pcb based on the altium design files. unfortunately i cant locate theST25RU3993_UHF_RFID_Discovery.PcbLib library. that most of the components are relying on. where can i get this file? if this file s not available how i can change the foot prints? do i need to create my own library?

Hello,

in Altium it should be possible to create a library from the PcbDoc.

This way you should have the footprints of all components in a library.
