ST25RU3993 Eval - ST25RU3993 Reader suit Not responding and the board freezes after trying to connect

Hi,

After I uploaded my custom firmware on board (the one that comes in SDK, a little changed ), I can't connect to the board. I tried to upload the official firmware back, but after it says Update firmware successfully, it tries to connect but just get stuck and the Reader suit doesn't respond and all the leds on RFID reader are turned off.

Does anyone know what should I do?

Could you please provide a bit more details of your configuration ?

Which FW/GUI version ?

Do you use a STLink to launch your custom FW or directly upload the .bin ?

Did you already managed to use the "official" binary ?

The upload of "official" binary should be passing, is your custom FW dealing with Flash ? Could it be it locked some areas ?

Hi Cedric,

I managed to upload the official FW back. I think that I had just some problems with the Reader suit app, because I was running it on virtual machine. Sorry for bothering you.
