Hi Sankar,

see Application Note AN5248 (ST25R95 transceiver antenna tuning circuit with EMI filter) and the EMI filter calculation tool STSW-ST25R003. 

Feel free to share the excel file used for your filter calculation and the Smith chart.

Note that the ST25R95/CR95HF is Not Recommended for New Design (NRND). See ST25R100/ST25R200 readers for replacement.
