I find the X-Nucleo-NFC06A1 antenna has higher inductance than the 3916-DISCO. Could somebody explain please?
The X-NUcleo-NFC06A1 measure ~1.3uH, whereas the ST25R3916-DISCO measures close to 1uH.

Hello SSita,
The dimension of the Antenna (width, length and number of turns) mainly define its inductance value. Other parameters are trace width and distance between the antenna turns.
You can use the antenna design tool of ST's eDesign suite to estimate the antenna inductance.
