Hi, I am using the ST25RU3993 eval board, I wanted to know that does the eval board has an onboard antenna? And if yes, please could you explain that how is it possible that its read range is upto 13meter as it is demonstrated in the demo video.

In the Demo video it states that they are using a near-field antenna. Then how is it possible that the read range of the system is upto 13meter?

No, the eval board does not contain an onboard antenna, but SMB connectors and an external near field antenna.

You didn't mention the video URL, but you are probably referring to this Youtube one, right?

Nowhere it is mentioned that the 13 meters can be reached using a near field antenna. Instead, from video position 0:46 ... 0:53 you can see that a special antenna is necessary for this, in this specific case the Poynting Patch A00025, which drives an e.r.p. of 33dBm.
