​Hi,

the following readers of the ST25R family provide NFC-F / FeliCa™ reader mode support:

• ST25R95/CR95HF/ST95HF NFC/HF RFID Reader IC
• ST25R3911B NFC / HF RFID Reader IC
• ST25R3916 High performance NFC universal device and EMVCo reader

Note: for new developments, ST recommends to use ST25R95 in replacement of CR95HF/ST95HF (see your local ST representative for further information).

ST25R95 is the convergence device for CR95HF and ST95HF. 

A demo of ST25R95/CR95HF/ST95HF reader features (polling tags for various technologies including NFC-F and displaying UID) is included in the X-CUBE-NFC3 v2.0.0 package. This package provides an RF Abstraction Layer common with other readers of the ST25R family.

This software package is ready to run on X-NUCLEO-NFC03A1 expansion board with either NUCLEO-L476RG, NUCLEO-F401RE or NUCLEO-F103RB STM32 boards.
