I buy these two produce. I try to use the smart tag to detect the temperature, then transmit it through 3911B to show on the computer. Besides, where can I download the example or the program for the 3911B.

the ST25PC-NFC software allows you to use the ST25R3911B-Disco board to run the SMARTAG demo.
You will find it in the Demos Menu, under ST25DV-I2C > STEVAL-SMARTAG1.
By enabling the console (Help > Console > Show Console), you can see the exchange in RF communication frames happening between the reader and the tag.
