I want to setup a Boundary Scan project for the Deveklopment kit to learn Boundary Scan with STM32MP157C. Therfore it is very helpful to use ODB++ data of the development kit.Can you provide this (maybe under NDA)?

Hi,I'm trying to configure the AWT function in the LSM6DSL. All works fine minus the latency. I change the latency to 0x01(40ms) but the interrupts keep with a delay of 600ms(default) between each one. Hi I am using stm32CubeMx to set one gpio and then trying to execute the code. I have tried both Atollic and STM32IDE both give me an error somewhere is system memory. Error: 1fffdab8:  Failed to execute MI command:     -data-disassemble -s 536861368 -e 536861400 -- 2     Error message from debugger back end:     Cannot access memory at address 0x1fffdab8I am using the STM32F030CCT6 MCU. Code builds fine but does not even allow me to set a break in main. Where I first experienced the problem was with code I merged with code of the STM32F030k6 MCU. The code would step to GPIO_init and then fail at a certain point. To try and debug I did a setup in the cube with only one IO selected as output and the rest I ticked as analog.

I just started working on STM32WB55 and was going through the BLE example codes given in the STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.2.0 package. I am confused in understanding the program structure of the code (where to add new services, characteristics, where to handle the events generated by read and write services) as I would like to add a simple read or write service to the code.In which file do i need to edit or add these?Regards,Haider

Hi all, I deployed a gitlab-runner for my touchgfx repository on linux, it will build (compile) the project once I update my commit. However I can't find the command-line tools which used to generated source code ( xxxViewBase.hpp, xxxViewBase.cpp ) , any hints will be appreciated, thanks!!!

Diving a bit deeper into the whole model/presener/view thing I think I got far enough to try and have a task update a counter on the screen.I'm in the process of doing this but I'm confused about the 'wildcard buffer' in TouchGFX designer.Following the text of https://touchgfx.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207015345-Using-texts-and-fonts under the 'Wildcard' section, this is shown: TextAreaWithOneWildcard txt; Unicode::UnicodeChar txtBuffer[10];So basically this creates the text area AND the buffer.If I use the Designer to do this - isn't this code generated for me somewhere?more specifically in the screen1View.hpp (yes I created a new screen for my application)Furthermore the manual page states that I should write this: txt.setTypedText(TypedText(T_TEMPERATURE_READOUT)); txt.setXY(10, 20); txt.setColor(Color::getColorFrom24BitRGB(0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF)) txt.setWildcard(txtBuffer); add(txt); txt.setTypedText(TypedText(T_TEMPERATURE_READOUT)); txt.setXY(10, 20); txt.setColor(Color::getC

Dear experts,Any hints what can be the problem?I have STM32H753I-EVAL2 just out of box, no changes made.https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm32h753i-eval.htmlBuilt an example app with Keil MDK. If it matters it is LwIP_HTTP_Server_Raw.Keil sees the ST-LINK/v3 on the board but cannot erase and write internal flash.Erase and program progress runs quickly but verification fails. All flash bytes read as FF.CubeProgrammer v 2.1.0 successfully downloads the program and it runs fine - after the power and debugger cable disconnected.Without reset, after Keil failure the CubeProgrammer also cannot connect, and the onboard ST-Link cannot connect (puts a error message file on its USB drive).When CubeProgrammer can connect, it shows that the memory is partially written. Spans of valid data interleaved with spans of FFs, But not all FFs, as Keil reports.Is this a know issue with H7 or this board, or I need some extra setting?Thanks in advance,Pavel A.

Hi everyone,I'm building a unit that requires sealing the ST LINK in with my STM32L so that I can update the firmware without accessing any of the hardware. I also have a limited number of output ports available to me, so I'm forced to "multiplex" a number of my USB devices (the ST LINK, which is left connected to the STM32L, as well as a few other, unrelated devices) - through a hub and output them all through as single USB connection. This works fine, except for one problem: my STM32L only runs when the USB hub is powered, which occurs when its connected to a computer. If I unplug the ST LINK from the hub but leave it connected to the STM32L it runs fine. So my question is: is there any way to configure the ST LINK and/or STM32L to ignore the ST LINK VBUS status? Again, it works when the ST LINK is connected to the STM32L on one end and nothing on the other, or when its connected to the STM32L and the powered hub, but not when it's connected to STM32L and the unpowered hub. Hi,I'm trying to reserve the pins for FMC that would be connected to NOR FLASH. The STM32CubeMX will give me some of the pins, mainly the data lines (FMC_D0:FMC_D15) for 16 bit data.Since the reference manual states that FMC has to be configured after reset, I have to manually pick the address pins (FMC_A0:FMC_A25).Couple of questions regarding this, as I did not find these questions from the documentation:Do I have to pick any other pins manually?What is the difference in nomenclature with FMC_AD6 and FMC_D6 as they are tied to the same pin?Am I correct to assume that the FMC connected memory is memory mapped and I'm able to read and write to it during execution? I just want to make sure as this is not the case with QSPI in memory mapping mode.Thank you!-Tero

I have downloaded the stm32cube package that contains the BLE example but i am unable to correctly import and run any of the project on the MCU.Looking for help, thank you.

Hi Community, I'm studying about the android program and stm32f407vet based controller.The question I asked before is almost clear by using DMA USART.I'm Transmit and Receive like under code.code(IN STM32)uint8_t rxBuffer;int SIZE_OF_RX_TX = 1;if (huart->Instance == USART3) { HAL_UART_Transmit_DMA(&huart1, rxBuffer, SIZE_OF_RX_TX); HAL_UART_Transmit_DMA(&huart3, rxBuffer, SIZE_OF_RX_TX); HAL_UART_Receive_DMA(&huart1, rxBuffer, SIZE_OF_RX_TX); HAL_UART_Receive_DMA(&huart3, rxBuffer, SIZE_OF_RX_TX); }it means that receive USART3(BLUETOOTH) and TRANSMIT USART1 and USART3 and make a interuupt USART1 and USART3.but in Android bluetooth only send byte arraycode(in ANDROID)void sendData(String text){ outputStream.write(text.getBytes("UTF-8"));}when I debug android program, and when I send text "1", byte result is '49'but when I send it to bluetooth usart3, the value sometimes broken.and wrong value is occured.Q.is there a way to convert byte data USART? How can I? I r

I want to build a giant LED display that will scroll messages. I hope to add effects to the messages. I can't seem to find any library for STM products. And can someone give me a guide on how to create a custom LED library as well. Thanks

Dear experts,I'm struggling with a strange TIM6 interrupt issue on STM32H753I.Playing with one of Cube example projects with FreeRTOS, where TIM6 is used as HAL timer.The original IRQ handler is very simple (and the demo works fine) :void TIM6_DAC_IRQHandler(void) { HAL_TIM_IRQHandler(&TimHandle); }https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeH7/blob/e261d820b398846a94f22f4aeb32d86c29546efb/Projects/STM32H743I-EVAL/Applications/LwIP/LwIP_HTTP_Server_Netconn_RTOS/Src/stm32h7xx_hal_timebase_tim.c#L149But after looking at HAL_TIM_IRQHandler I wanted to "optimize" it.https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeH7/blob/e261d820b398846a94f22f4aeb32d86c29546efb/Drivers/STM32H7xx_HAL_Driver/Src/stm32h7xx_hal_tim.c#L3178Well, all good people don't use the HAL libraries at all, I know.... Anyway.The HAL_TIM_IRQHandler checks all possible interrupt reasons before the only one possible for TIM6, the update event. So I changed the interrupt handler to this:void TIM6_DAC_IRQHandler(void) {

Hi,I need to develop a board with STM32F767 SOC .I need to figure out a solution so that programmer only has to connect the usb and debug like we do it in the development kit.I wanted to know how the ST-Link on-board debugger works??Please share the link or documents to understand more about about.i see ST-link/V2 is used for flashing the chip but it would be better for my application just the usb and flash.Guys please let me know if there is any solution for this

I'm currently porting an existing project so it can be updated using the sbsfu bootloader project from ST. My userproject is using the MPU to protect the ethernet tx and rx descriptors from ending up in the d cache. However, if i enable the MPU the FPU stops working. Upon the first floating point operation the processor goes into the hardfault handler. Then the MM Fault stat register contains a 0x20. Which corresponds to the MLSPERR bit : A MemManage fault occurred during floating-point lazy state preservation.I'm using the following code to enable the MPU:void MPU_Config(void) { MPU_Region_InitTypeDef MPU_InitStruct = {0};   /* Disables the MPU */ HAL_MPU_Disable(); /** Initializes and configures the Region and the memory to be protected */ MPU_InitStruct.Enable = MPU_REGION_ENABLE; MPU_InitStruct.Number = MPU_REGION_NUMBER0; MPU_InitStruct.BaseAddress = 0x30040000; MPU_InitStruct.Size = MPU_REGION_SIZE_256B; MPU_InitStruct.SubRegionDisable = 0x0; MPU_InitStruct.TypeE

Hello, we are using a NAND Flash MT29F4G08 as boot device, which block size is 128KB. We program the 245KB size of FSBL(tf-a.stm32) to it with cubeProgrammer successfully, it does not boot up. When we replace the NAND Flash with MT29F8G08 as boot device, which block size is 256KB, and program the same FSBL(tf-a.stm32) with cubeProgrammer successfully, it boots up.  So, I want to know whether the size of FSBL is limited to one block of NAND, and shell we tailor the FSBL(tf-a) within 128KB to fit MT29F4G08?

Is it possible to communicate with a version of a ST25R391x simultaneously with two und NFC-V Tags (ISO/IEC 15693) (Detection & Reading/Writing data) without getting into any collision problems.If yes, is this feature implemented in the ST25 itself or in the RFAL library and one need to take care of it?Thanks a lot in advance.Best regards,Patrick

When I installed at first CubeIDE, I could select FreeRTOS as middleware. But failed due to can't use systick as reference clock of FreeRTOS.After that, I can't choose a Middleware such as FreeRTOS, when I create New Project.What am I wrong?
