X-CUBE-NFC5 is a standalone package. It provides ready to use projects and demos for NUCLEO-L476RG, NUCLEO-L053R8 and NUCLEO-F401RE MCU boards. See for example Projects\STM32L476RG-Nucleo\Applications\PollingTagDetect\SW4STM32\STM32L476RG-Nucleo_PollingTagDetect.
If you want to use another MCU board, you will have to import by yourself the various RFAL files into your project. See https://community.st.com/s/question/0D53W000006G1H9SAK/how-to-start-with-st25r3911b-and-is-it-really-necessary-to-use-rfal-and-st25r3911-libraries-for-simpel-project for similar question.
