Give some delay after Initialize all configured peripherals , it may solve.

You already have a thread on this:

    https://community.st.com/s/question/0D53W00001fSKBGSA4/error-when-use-printf-uart

    Why start a new one?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
