Whether "STTS22H" temperature sensor can be used to measure the temperature of the liquid at a varying distance from 200mm to 5mm?

Do you need to measure the liquid temperature at a certain distance? If so, please consider that the sensor is designed for measuring contact temperature.
Otherwise, if you need to put in in the water, please be sure that your application board is water resistant (e.g. with a proper enclosure / coating). You might better consider the STTS751 since it has no exposed surface.
