Environment:
- STM32Cube IDE version 1.8.0/1.9.0
- MacBook Pro 14" 2021 (Apple M1 Pro / macOS Monterey 12.3)
To reproduce:
- Help > Manage Embedded Software Packages
- Can't select any items to install

Indeed it is a known bug on MacOS.
Waiting for a fix, there are 2 workarounds:
- Download the pack manually and install it using "From Local..." button from "Embedded Software Packages Manager" window. Or
- If the project has been created through CubeMX standalone, you can install the pack from CubeMX.
