I am working with demo board B-G474E-DPOW1 and studying USB PD.

Is it possible for this board to operate in Source mode and Dual Role Power mode?

If you want to see applications in source mode, you can refer to the application available for EVAL-G4:

STM32CubeG4/Projects/STM32G474E-EVAL/Applications/USB-PD/USB-PD_Provider_1port/

And the demonstration running on this board is a DRP application:

STM32CubeG4/Projects/STM32G474E-EVAL/Demonstrations/Modules/ucpd/
