How to identify a genuine STM32 MCU and where to purchase genuine STM32 MCU ?

I am new to STM32, recently came across the compatibility of none genuine STM32 MCU issues.

For example, I found the STM32F103C8T6 chip link at HERE, which one is genuine STM32 MCU in this case ?

Secondly, where can I find a trusted vendors that supply genuine STM32 MCUs ( discrete STM32 MCU like STM32F103C8T6, none development board in this case ), any recommendation ?

Please advise.
