dwarf to xml conversion

Hello

I would like to get the debugging information from elf file to make my own monitoring program.

Is there any recommended way to extract debugging information from elf with easy handling format such as XML ?

Is ST providing any utility to convert dwarf information to XML ?

Or any other workaround you like to recommend ?
