STM32F0x1 Reference Manual (RM0091 Rev 9) does not specify what the values of USART ISR TEACK and REACK bits mean when they are 0 or 1.

Compare to other bitfields, e.g., :

RWU

0: Receiver in active mode

1: Receiver in mute mode

There is no such 0 or 1 specified for TEACK and REACK bits.

Also, discussion in USART Transmitter and USART Receiver sections do not discuss this.
