I need a good STM32WL module. Can anyone advise me to choosing this?

What are your criteria for "good" ?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

I would suggest you to start with two STM32WL55JCI Nucleo boards to evaluate if you need M0 + M4 cores. You may decide that you need only M4 core and that may help you with the choice of the future module or CPU.

Seeed LORA-E5 is great, but there are only a limited number of STM32WL pins routed on the module.

Seems it has no antenna - so will need extra design effort and approvals ...
