J-flash on STM32 Discovery board and Continuous recording on SEGGER system view

Hi,

I flashed J-link on the discovery board using ST LinkReflash utility, for continuous recording on segger system view software

Now, the problem is,

After flashing when I am going to start continuous recording, I am facing an error that unable to open to com port connection.

Actually, I want to connect it via USB, and It should be open through a USB connection

How to fix this problem
