Unable to install ANY packs on STM32CubeIDE

So, I'm trying to get my project started in anticipation of the arrival of my STM32L562-DK board, and having unusual difficulty.

I asked another question about code generation, so will not reiterate here. I upgraded to 1.5.1, and now I'm in a very odd state where it says that ALL the X-CUBE packs are not compatible with the selected MCU.

Does this mean that it's not possible to actually use the BTLE peripheral on the Discovery Board, since X-CUBE-BLE1 is incompatible with the MCU? Or am I in some strange state, where the IDE is not just letting me install something that would work just fine.
