What is the difference between the STM32F401RET6 and STM32F401RET6U?

Looking to use the device on a custom design using some of the resources from the Demo Kit Open Source data.

The U suffix is for chips shipped with STs boards and seems to be a licensing thing. There is no difference in functionality.
