Issue with ESC001V1

Good Evening,

I am an STM user, I used it for a lot of project and I am familiar with it.

Now I am trying to start a Drone project and I have the STEVAL-ESC001V1 Controller (Link bellow). 

When I tried using the motor profiler or even the STM Workbench I couldn't choose it! Since it has to be used only with the other STM32F303CB based STEVAL-ESC001V1. (Picture bellow)

I have 2 questions.

1. Can the 2nd STEVAL-ESC001V1 be used with any controller other than the 303CB in the motor profiler picture bellow ?? The STM32F303RE for example ?
2. The left STEVAL-ESC001V1 is written to be not approved for resale ! So please if I want to use the 2nd STEVAL-ESC001V1, Which controller should I use with it in order to be able to use the Workbench and Motor Profiler ?
