You can compare your selected products using 'Cross selector' feature with ST-MCU-Finder tool (or in STM32CubeMX, for more details on how to use this functionality, please refer to dedicated section "4.2.4 Cross selector" in this manual UM1718).

I attached the result of my compare between STM32F767BITx and STM32F777BITx, hope this helps you.

The STM32CubeF7 MCU Package is used for all STM32F7 microcontrollers.

Is their ant errata sheet for STM32F767BIT6 VS STM32F777BIT6.
