Question

Hello I installed the STM32CubeIde to use the STM32F103C8T6 processor, it starts an update (stm32_FW_F1_V18.zip) that ends by timeout? How should I proceed? Thanks for the help.

If you can't download it through the integrated MX inside CubeIDE then I would suggest trying through the ST website. You can find the ST website for F1 firmware here.

First thanks for the attention.
I've done this procedure, and downloaded the 2 .zip files available for STM32F1. But the latest version 1.8.1, does not have on the site.
See the message that appears. I was able to make version 1.8.0 work, but I can't let it update automatically.

Hmm... I'm not in the firmware team so I'm not sure how it is set up.

However, the patch .zip available on the website downloads version 1.8.0 for me as well but if I'm logged out from st.com then I see the Github link to the 1.8.1 version which does seem to work for me.

That does seem like a bug to me so I'll reach out to the team responsible for the website. The link to the Github download can also be found here.
