Question

Mistake in STM32G4xx Reference Manual (RM0440)?

The STM32G4xx Reference Manual (RM0440) Rev 4, Figure 2, "Memory Map" on Page 81 says Option Bytes 1 is from 0x1fff7800 to 0x1fff7810 (16 option bytes), Option Bytes 2 is from 0x1ffff800 to 0x1ffff810 (16 option bytes).

However:

Table 7 on page 94 says: Option Bytes 1 is from 0x1fff7800 to 0x1fff782f (48 option bytes) and Option Bytes 2 is from 0x1ffff800 to 0x1ffff82f (48 option bytes).

Is this discrepancy an error?

If not an error, please help me understand!!

Thanks kindly,

Hello @TwelveSquared ,

You are right. I raised your feedback internally to correct adresses in the Figure 2 "Memory Map" in RM0440:

So, 0x1FFF 7810 and 0x1FFF F810 will be updated to 0x1FFF 7830 and 0x1FFF F830.

Thank you for your contribution.

Best Regards,

Imen
