My st32429zi is been connected to the st32 cubeide.. when i try to run or debug the output its showing no tplink is detected. can able to see my output while i am getting my code built.

Not familiar with the TPLINK

Are you using a DISCO or NUCLEO board?

Consider Keil or IAR for a more polished compile and debug experience.
