I would like to know if there is an evaluation board for STM32F413ZHJ6 that supports ETM and JTAG ..and how JTAG is wired up when supporting ETM ?

My understanding is that it is unified, basically you have the SWD + Trace, and the Debug/Trace occurs through that rather than a "JTAG" mode

I suspect you're going to have to find a proxy

ST doesn't have an EVAL series board for the STM32F413's

Schematics for the STM32F4 EVAL boards, and MCBSTM32F400 should show ETM Trace connectivity
