I2C bootloader for STM32Lxx

Hello, I've been looking at two MCUs in particular (STM32L010C6 and STM32L100C6). According to the AN2606 application note, they should support I2C flashing, but the product page only mentions USART and SPI. Which one is the correct answer?

Where in AN2606 do you see that? Looks like they only support UART and sometimes SPI to me.
