I don't think so. Resolutions that high require 75+ MHz pixel clocks, no STM32 MCU would be able to supply pixel data at that rate.

Maybe the STM32MP1 series, but they still have only 2 lane DSI, which is AFAIK good only up to 1024x768.

Check out single board computers instead.

One more query. I have one product with STM32F7, TouchGFX and 4.3 Inch Capacitive touch screen Display. Now I want to replace Display by Resistive touch screen. How can I do that. Please guide me.
