STM32L4R5VG bootloader version 9.2 not working, only system reset repeatably.

I found my STM32L4R5VG 's bootloader version 9.2. The AN2606 says that the bootloader version 9.2 has a trouble with system reset repeatably so can not be used for bootloader. The version 9.4 resolved this issue.

How can I update my STM32L4R5VG 's bootloader version from 9.2 to version 9.4 ?

Where can I download bootloader v9.4 and How can I write to system memory?

ST does not provide firmware updates, or means, to change the system memory​.

oh my god.. I purchased the STM32L4R5VG 100 qty already as a sample production. The bootloader ( USB DFU ) is mandatory for my products.

I can't understand why ST didn't notice the warnings on product web page , and Why they selling the fault device.

I wish ST be a responsible company.
