Is there a way to configure the internal memory (SRAM, Flash..) of STM32F769 as frame buffer for LTDC by using STM32CubeIDE?

I am now working on a STM32F769 based board without external memory to communicate with a LCD via RGB interface. I want to use STemWin stack libraty but I can not enable it because some misunderstanding, the GRAPHICS in the Middleware section is still gray out due to the unsuccessful settings of FMC. And it looks like the FMC configuration just supports the external memory configuration.

I wonder if there is a tutorial to explain all settings of STM32CubeIDE's categories? Or at least for FMC settings to support LCD communication via RGB interface?
