i work on a project with stm32l010f4 how can i get a regulated stable voltage from one of its output pins?? how can i get VREF as an output for adc?? is there any code for this??

No, I don't think the device exposes the internal voltages, you quantify your system voltage wrt the internal reference. ie sample and ratio.
