Pinout STM32H743XI: function of balls B6 and F2 - which is VSS, which is NC?
Hello!
For a redesign of an already existing product we're using an STM32H743XI, which is a TFBGA240+25.
The BGA balls "B6" and "F2" are documented in two different ways in the datasheet and in CubeMX, see also attached picture.
- Datasheet "DS12110" (version 5), page 55: ball B6 = VSS, ball F2 = NC
- CubeMX 5.3.0 (most recent version): ball B6 = NC, ball F2 = VSS
Can you tell me which one is the correct pinout?
