Current consumption of the STM32L4R9I-EVAL Board is too high (180mA/+5V without display)

i am testing the stm32l4r9i-eval board. I removed the Displays and run a small gpio test program. The board is powered over external +5V and i'm surprised about the power consumption of the board. The current at +5V is more than 180 mA.

It fall down to 166mA by holding down the reset key. The gap is what i expected for the MCU, but who burned the 160mA away?

All memory components are in standby (CS high).

Does any one know why?
