TouchGFX support for alternative Controller of supported EVAL board

Hello,

We want to make a custom board having STM32 and supported by TouchGFX.

We currently have been evaluating STM32L4R9I EVAL board and the controller used is STM32L4R9AI which is BGA package.

For our custom board we want to use controller with LQFP package of the same family and series as the above controller. The alternative found was STM32L4R9VIT6 which is of LQFP package.

So wanted to know if the LQFP package alternative controller to the EVAL board controller will be supported by TouchGFX or not.

Hi @Ameya M​,

If you can select the correct package for the core you're using through CubeMX and configure TouchGFX on top of it, in theory it is supported. L4R9 will not be supported by CubeMX until later this year.
