Im working on stm32f103 controller which has an eeprom interfaced to it via spi.

For the spi mode CPOL = 1 and CPHA =1 does the master(stm32f103 controller)​ receives data on MISO line at the rising edge and also sends data on the MOSI line at the rising edge? Similarly for the spi mode CPOL =0 and CPHA = 0 does same happen as for the above mentioned mode?
