Lwip and PC communication

Hi dear community members,

I am trying to communicate with my computer using STM32F407 and Qt creature or matlab, data sending or receiving but I think my information still is not right place.

First I tryed to send ping for computer.I connected the STM32F device to MODEM and it is OK I can get results.Now what can I do to send data for my computer directly,Should I use MODEM for transition.I would like to directly communicate PC to STM32 device.Which one can I try.If I try to communicate directly PC and STM32 device in this case what should it be my gateway ip?

So could you give me some offers and way or pdf to do it? Thank you.

I connected the STM32F device to MODEM and trying to access it using Qt Creature .What should I do?,DHCP assigned an IP for STM32F device,now what should I assign for port number in QT? or what should I read as a source pdf?
