we are using unable system boot loader for stm32f765vitx

To use system boot loader we connect boot pin to vcc(3.3.v) and also we took serial port connection from PA9,PA10 and GND. we are getting response for the commands but we unable to load the hex file.given an error read protect but we kept level 0 protection fro this what may be the resion
