Why is "File: Import Project" in CubeMX not available (i.e grayed)?

So, the question is: How to import a "project" (or whatever) in STM323CubeMx?

Struggling for days to get anything running with (all) this mess (Atollic, STm32.....exes, Repositories, etc.).
