ST-LINK/V2-1 change type to STM32 Debug+VCP failed

My board is NUCLEO-H743ZI. I change the ST-LINK type from STM32 Debug+Mass storage+VCP to STM32 Debug+VCP.

But after the change STM32CubeProgrammer can not detect the ST-LINK.

It might be a hardware ID issue?

The usb pid of STM32 Debug+Mass storage+VCP is 374B.

STM32 Debug+VCP is 3752.

It seems STM32_Programmer_CLI v2.0.0 works fine.

Why do you want to change type? Debug and VCP is for old Stlink V2, V2/1 is Debug + MSD + VCD. But the message box seems strange.

I never use mass storage mode.
