I want to know solution for end of charging in STEVAL-ISB044V1 board.

I have STEVAL-ISB044V1 board. I replaced new stwbc-ep digital controller and load program. I put smart phone for charging and after fully charged board continuously transmit power & green LED is blinking.

So how to troubleshoot and solve this problem ?
