You mistake ST's public E2E forum with a fee-based support hotline.

The users/volunteer here will not do the work for you, unless you share the gains of your commercial project.

The F051 is a seasoned MCU, example projects can be downloaded from ST's website. Both SPL based, or Cube. https://www.st.com/en/microcontrollers/stm32f0-series.html?querycriteria=productId=SS1574

You can approach ST directly, via FAE or distributor. They might be quite interested in getting your project started.
