A bug in the CAN Legacy driver.

CAN driver in the Legacy folder must use HAL_CAN_LEGACY_MODULE_ENABLED instead of HAL_CAN_MODULE_ENABLED.

    I am talking about STM32Cube_FW_F3_V1.10.0 (the most recent version for the STM32F3 ).
