We have an LSM6DSL sensor working in fifo mode. We are running it at 833 Hz but with the measured data, we are getting ~ 819 Hz. I am trying to investigate what the cause is. Can you tell me how accurate the internal clock is? If set properly, shall I expect exact 833 samples/ second? or is it okay to see some drift?

Yes, it is normal. There can be some inaccuracy. Unfortunately the exact information about the internal clock accuracy cannot be shared on the forum.

Thanks

You can try to send a request for the information through OLS (https://my.st.com/ols).
