i need to init my lcd after warm or power up , stm32f103cb and stm 32f429zı, reset registers??

hello my ld doesnt init or damaged after warm reset soemetimes ,, someone told me you need to check your reset register if yu are in power up make your init lcd , if you are in warm reset or spftware reset you dont do thislcd init ?? can someone clear me this point

beause i checkedt he cortex M3 pdf i coudnt fint information about that , which register is meaned ?? and how toinit my lcd according to it
