Hi all,

i have an problem with the OTP Programming. I use an STM32F429 and ST-Link/V2 with the Software STM32 ST-Link Utility V3.9.0.

The OTP Bytes started at 0x1FF0F000. I see the content of this Bytes (0xFF) with blue background color. I try to change one of the Bytes in 0x7F. But it doesnt't work. I become the following error message:

Are there any ideas for my problem?

Best regards

Kai Paulus

    Hi kai.paulus,

Try to upgrade the ST-Link firwmare to the V2-1 version through ST-Link utility or this Link

    http://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/products/embedded-software/development-tool-software/stsw-link009.html

and tell me if that solve the issue.

    Hi,

the OTP Programming does not work with the

ST-Link Utility Version 3.9.  With 3.8 Version it works.
