Stop Mode and Spi Peripheral Behaviour

Hello Everyone,

In our application , Radio is connected to  stm32f4 series MCU via SPI and radio Irq line connected to one of the Exti line of mcu. Before putting into the stop mode, radio has been configured . 

Upon receiving the packet, while in run mode radio sends the rising edge signal.

Now, Radio stops sending the rising edge signal after putting into the stop mode so the MCU does not come out from stop mode ....

Radio functionality would be affected due to stop mode ??

Can anyone knows what could be the reason behind this ?
