Bootloader PC s/w for USART STM32F3

Is there any off the shelf PC bootloader s/w that can take the output from IAR EWARM and load it via a USART on an STM32F303?

What, like the Flash Loader Demonstrator, or open source equivalents, or HyperTerminal/ClearTerminal supporting X/Y-Modem into an IAP loader?

Commercial users tend to code their own customer facing update tools.

Well, commercial users like us prefer not wasting dev time when there is an off the shelf solution. Anyway, can't get Flash Loader Demonstrator to work, presumably because I am going in through a VCP and FTDI chip
